We would like to introduce you to our proprietary make Emulsifier for Nitrobenzene for 20 % , 35 % , 50 % and 80 % Emulsion.

NB 20 ( Emulsifier for Nitrobenzene for 20% Emulsion )
We are leading manufacturers of Emulsifier for Nitrobenzene ( FM 20 ) all over India.
Total consumption of Emulsifier is only 2 -4 % of the weight of the total 100% Emulsion.
It gives thick homogeneous cream color emulsion, having good consistency, better appearance & no separation for years (long shelf life).
The emulsion is easily dispersible in water for foliar applications NB 20 Emulsifier is brown thick paste and is non toxic, having no adverse effect on crop.
Easy to Use:

For a 100 Kg Nitrobenzene formulation, Simply mix 20 Kg nitrobenzene (w/w) with 2-3 Kg NB 20 (w/w) emulsifier, stir well with high speed stirrer for 5 minutes and then add 76Kg water with continuous stirring for 10 minutes.

No thickener is required.

The emulsion is ready for packing.

Viscosity and active content can be changed as required by changing water quantity and /or quantity of NB 20.

50 kg emulsifier is sufficient for 1250 Kg thick, Cream nitrobenzene 20% emulsion.

NB 35 (Emulsifier for Nitrobenzene for 35% Emulsion )
We are leading manufacturers of Emulsifier for Nitrobenzene ( FM 35 ) all over India.
Total consumption of Emulsifier is only 3 % of the weight of the Nitrobenzene and 5-6 % of the weight of the total 100% Emulsion.
It gives thick homogeneous cream color emulsion, having good consistency, better appearance & no separation for years (long shelf life).
The emulsion is easily dispersible in water for foliar applications
FM 35 Emulsifier is brown thick paste and is non toxic, having no adverse effect on crop.
Easy to Use:

For a 100 Kg Nitrobenzene formulation , Simply mix 35 Kg nitrobenzene (w/w) with 5-6 Kg FM 35 (w/w) emulsifier, stir well with high speed stirrer for 5 minutes and then add 60 Kg water with continuous stirring for 10 minutes.

NB 50 (Emulsifier for Nitrobenzene for 50 to 60 % Clear Emulsion)
Features :-
1. Milky white , Thick , Stable and Viscous cost effective emulsion formed.
2. Gives thick homogeneous white emulsion ,having good stability.
3. The emulsion is easily dispersible in water for foliar applications.
4. Emulsifier includes Antifoaming agents , Stabilizers and Thickening agents.
5. Non toxic and very easy to handle.
6. This product can also be used for upto 80 % EC formulations for Nitrobenzene.
7. Samples available on request.

Dosage :-
1. Take 50 Kg Nitrobenzene in a container.
2. Now add 50 Kg FM 50 ( Emulsifier ) to the above nitrobenzene.
3. Stir for 5 min with a low speed stirrer or until the solution becomes crystal clear.
4. Now your Nitrobenzene 50 % EC is ready for use and application on farms.
5. Add 1-2 ml of this EC per litre of water for further use and better results.

NB 100 (Emulsifier for Nitrobenzene for 70 - 80 % Clear Emulsion)
Features :-
1. Milky white, Thick, Stable and Viscous cost effective emulsion formed.
2. Gives thick homogeneous white emulsion, having good stability.
3. The emulsion is easily dispersible in water for foliar applications.
4. Emulsifier includes Antifoaming agents, Stabilizers and Thickening agents.
5. Non toxic and very easy to handle.
6. This product can also be used for upto 80 % EC formulations for Nitrobenzene.

2. Now add 20 Kg FM 70 ( Emulsifier ) to the above nitrobenzene.
3. Stir for 5 min with a low speed stirrer or until the solution becomes crystal clear.
4. Now your Nitrobenzene 80 % EC is ready for use and application on farms.
5. Add 1-2 ml of this EC per litre of water for further use and better results.
